Knight Frank Real Estate Ireland

Management Accounting & Administration

Knight Frank Management Ireland advises on and manages all types of commercial property. This includes offices, retail units and portfolios, business parks, commercial estates, shopping centres, and mixed use schemes. We act for clients who may either own or occupy property, and we seek to provide rigorous and transparent Property, Facilities and Financial Management Services.

The review, storage and use of property information are key to the effective management and administration of individual properties or portfolios. Our management & accounting database system records all client, property, lease, tenant and supplier information, allowing accurate, timely issue and collection of all charges. This ensures positive property cash-flow.

Proper, transparent governance of third party funds is essential and, in line with Society of Chartered Surveyors Regulations, we set-up separate, named client accounts for each property. Knight Frank Management provide detailed property budgets, issued in advance in accordance with the IPFMA/SCS Service Charges Code of Practice – this enables cost certainty for building occupiers.

We seek to work in partnership with our clients, and develop a relationship based on integrity, trust, communication and personal client care, together with delivery of results.
