International Women’s Day

In light of International Women’s Day we spoke to 3 of our senior female team members; Emma CourtneyRiona McCaughey and Tamsin St George Foley about their role in Knight Frank and how they #choosetochallenge.

We also invited the wider Knight Frank team to #choosetochallenge by striking the choose to challenge pose. We’re delighted to say we got a great response!

The #ChooseToChallenge pose is with your hand high to show your commitment to choose to challenge inequality, call out bias, question stereotypes, and help forge an inclusive world.

International Women’s Day was held on 8th March 2021. This year’s theme was choose to challenge.

A challenged world is an alert world. Individually, we’re all responsible for our own thoughts and actions – all day, every day.

We can all choose to challenge and call out gender bias and inequality. We can all choose to seek out and celebrate women’s achievements. Collectively, we can all help create an inclusive world.

From challenge comes change, so let’s all choose to challenge.
