This year, we are publishing our first Gender Pay Gap Report—an important milestone in our commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive workplace. By sharing our data openly, we aim to provide a clear picture of where we are today and how we intend to progress.
We see this report as part of a longer journey: one that helps us track our efforts, celebrate improvements, and identify opportunities to do more. Our goal is to ensure that equity and inclusion remain guiding principles as we continue to grow together.
The report highlights a gender pay gap within our business, largely due to the underrepresentation of women in senior positions—a trend mirrored across the real estate sector. The most pronounced differences occur in the upper quartiles.
We will publish annual updates, engage employees in inclusion initiatives, and review our practices to ensure they reflect our values of fairness and opportunity for all.
