The 86 new homes at Balmoston are being offered to new purchasers under the ‘Local Authority Affordable Purchase Scheme’. This scheme entails Fingal County Council making new homes available to purchase by eligible applicants at reduced prices. In return, Fingal County Council will take a percentage equity share (share of the ownership) in the house.
