Hampton Demesne is a new neighbourhood that will be brought forward by Ballymore in partnership with The Land Development Agency (LDA).

The project will ultimately deliver more than 800 affordable purchase, cost rental and social homes in a vibrant coastal setting.

Phase I will see 259 new homes, including 207 for affordable purchase, alongside a new public park with playgrounds, games areas, outdoor gym, skateboard plaza and bike track.
