Demolition is currently underway, and the new building is due for completion in Q3 2026.  The building will target the highest sustainability credentials including NET ZERO CARBON 2030 (Operational compliant), LEED Platinum, BER A2, WELL Gold, Smart and Wiredscore Platinum with premium club standard end of trip facilities for staff and clients.

One Pembroke is being developed by Orion Capital Managers with an established track record of developing the highest quality office buildings in Europe. The development mangers are Gresham House who has been involved is some of the capital’s finest office developments.

One Pembroke is located close to the central core of Dublin City and is well served by public and private transport. The DART line is particularly close, within 500m walk, connecting occupants to the coastal rail route and wider intercity network. There are a number of primary bus routes passing along Northumberland Road and Pembroke Road, including route no.’s 4,7, 18, 27, 120, and a number of bus stops along Wilton Terrace and Lower Baggot Street, served by both public and private commuter services.
