Hampton Demesne is a new neighbourhood which is being developed by Ballymore in partnership with The Land Development Agency (LDA) and Fingal County Council.

The project will ultimately deliver more than 800 affordable purchase, cost rental and social homes in a vibrant coastal setting of Balbriggan, Co. Dublin.

Phase I will see 259 new two, three and four bedroom affordable purchase, cost rental & social homes in a vibrant coastal setting of Balbriggan, alongside a new public park with playgrounds, games areas, outdoor gym, skateboard plaza and bike track.

All of the homes in the initial release of 73 homes will be made available to eligible buyers through the Starter Home Purchase Scheme, which is managed jointly by Fingal County Council and the LDA.

Applications will be accepted via an online portal at www.fingal.ie/affordablehousing which will go live on 19 August at 12 midday.
