Knight Frank Ireland has announced the appointment of Jennifer McNamara (née Mullen) as Director and Head of Building Consultancy.
McNamara brings more than 20 years of experience across the Irish and European property sectors, with a strong track record in building consultancy and advisory services.
Her appointment further strengthens Knight Frank’s Building Consultancy team, enhancing its ability to deliver a comprehensive range of services, from initial design and procurement through to project management. Working alongside the firm’s established architectural and design specialists, she will help clients navigate increasingly complex technical, sustainability and development challenges throughout the property lifecycle.
Jennifer joins Knight Frank from Arcadis, where she led the Technical Due Diligence team, advising lenders, investors and insurers on high-value acquisitions, disposals and refinancing transactions across a range of asset classes. She combines extensive technical due diligence expertise with broader industry experience gained during more than 13 years at CBRE in Dublin. Her areas of expertise include landlord and tenant dilapidations, development monitoring and building conservation.
Commenting on the appointment, Declan O’Reilly, Director at Knight Frank Ireland, said:
“Jennifer’s skillset will provide an additional layer of advisory capacity to our transactional and property management teams in terms of the technical due diligence which has become an important part of our client offering. We are delighted to welcome her to the team”
