Knight Frank Graduates 2023

We are delighted to introduce our new graduates for 2023. A warm welcome to newcomer Eloise, and a welcome back to Sean and Daniel who joined Knight Frank as interns in 2022. We sat down to chat to them about why they chose a career in property, what drew them to Knight Frank and what they like to get up to in their spare time.

Where are you from? Dublin

Where did you go to college and what did you study? Property Economics in Technological University Dublin (TUD).

Why did you decide to get into property? I like the way it’s an industry where you’re dealing with physical assets and real life scenarios.

What department have you joined? Residential Capital Markets.

What rotation are you most looking forward to on the graduate programme?

I was looking forward to joining the Residential Capital Markets department as I completed an internship there during my degree and thought it was very interesting.

Why did you choose Knight Frank?

Growing up I always knew the Knight Frank name and saw them as somewhere I would like to work in the future.

Eloise Finch

Eloise Finch

Where are you from? I’m from Greystones, Wicklow.

Where did you go to college and what did you study? I went to TUD and completed the MSc Real Estate.

Why did you decide to get into property? I originally completed my degree in law, which I decided not to pursue as a career. I had previously considered completing the Property Economics degree, so decided to pursue the Masters!

What department have you joined? Valuations.

What rotation are you most looking forward to on the graduate programme?

I am looking forward to all of them! Because my Masters was only one year, we didn’t get a chance to complete a placement at a property firm, so I am excited to experience working in the different departments.

Why did you choose Knight Frank?

I chose Knight Frank because of its worldwide reputation, and the experience that I felt I could gain here. Also, because they only take on a handful of graduates each year, and I felt that this would mean having the opportunity to gain more hands-on experience.

How do you spend your spare time/hobbies etc? At the moment my favourite hobby is sea swimming… I like to go every evening, but I’m not sure that will last into the winter!

Share a fun fact about yourself? I am allergic to cats (more of a sad fact than fun, I would love a cat!)

Where you from? I’m from Malahide.

Where did you go to college and what did you study? I studied Auctioneering in TUD. I took a year out during covid, then decided to progress to Property Economics also in TUD.

Why did you decide to get in to property? I knew there was plenty of advantages to working in real estate. The opportunity to spend time working outside the office and the idea of meeting people through real estate were big factors for me.

What department have you joined? Office Agency

What rotation are you most looking forward to on the graduate programme?

I’d like to spend time on the tenant rep side of office agency. I did a lot of industrial work during my internship. I’d definitely be interested in going back to industrial.

Why did you choose Knight Frank?

Knight Frank’s got a great culture and great people too. I was made feel very welcome during my internship and I enjoy the work.
