Residential Investment Q2 2021, Market Update
- €1.5 billion of residential investment spend in H1 2021
 - The volume of residential investment transactions in Q2 2021 was €717 million – 49% of the overall CRE spend
 - Four of the eight residential deals in the quarter were in excess of €100 million
 - The first residential forward fund deal was completed in Q2 2021
 - Forward commit transactions remain the dominant deal type at 68%
 - Prime yields remain stable into the second quarter of 2021 at 3.75%
 - A number of policy changes for the residential sector in relation to stamp duty and rent reviews have recently been introduced
