Laois County Council, in partnership with Woodfort Group. and the Department of Housing, Local Government and Heritage, is delighted to launch a Local Authority Affordable Purchase Scheme at An Lochán, Summerhill, Portlaoise, Co.Laois.

Applicants simply register as a user click here and complete the online application form for Affordable Purchase Scheme at An Lochan Portlaoise when it opens at 9 am on Wednesday the 8th of May 2024.

Once the application is completed and submitted the Laois County Council Affordable Purchase Team will review and engage with applicants as needed.

The portal will remain open until Friday the 7th of June at 11 am. After this time no new applications will be accepted.

There are 8 units available through the Local Authority Affordable Purchase Scheme through Laois County Council.

All initial applications for affordable homes must be directed through Laois County Council and not through Knight Frank.
